The cutting error of CNC flame cutting can be checked from the following aspects:
First, it is necessary to detect the running accuracy of its own numerical control equipment. The scribing device can be used for scribing detection, which can be used to judge whether it is a problem of the machine itself.
Second, if the detection by the device is not the problem of the machine itself, then it can also be judged by the following points:
1 Inhomogeneous stress distribution within the material, during the cutting process, with the removal of the material, the local internal stress will be released and redistributed, which will lead to displacement and deformation of the steel plate, causing the cutting size to be out of tolerance.
2 The flatness of the board is not good, and the dimensions will change after cutting.
3 CNC flame cutting machine speed is not fast, a long warm-up time, excessive heat will cause the steel plate to undergo thermal deformation, according to the part shape and experience in the preparation of CNC cutting program to stay lacing.
4 Long and wide long line parts, first cut the long side, after the steel plate is cooled in the short head.
