“Resin cutting piece and ç ‚ type grinding wheel digital workshop and intelligent logistics system intelligent complete equipment†are the first batch of national intelligent manufacturing equipment development special projects, which are under the responsibility of the Sixth Institute of China National Machinery. Its core technology is: automation, intelligentization in the main links of mixing ingredients, production process tracking monitoring and scheduling, identification sorting, press forming, material conveying, product hardening, finished product packaging. The project realized the intelligent control of production logistics and the networking with the production management system.
The acceptance expert committee reviewed the project acceptance data, on-site inspection of the project demonstration project, carefully listened to the project report, and after questioning, answering questions and discussions, considered that the various tasks undertaken by the project were completed and agreed to pass the acceptance.
Since the demonstration project was officially put into operation in April 2014, it has been operating normally, safely and reliably, and has met the production requirements of users. It marks the successful development of China's first set of resin cutting blades and ç ‚-type grinding wheel digital workshops and intelligent logistics systems. It has the ability to provide complete sets of equipment with independent intellectual property rights for resin cutting sheets and enamel grinding wheel industry. It has filled the blank of similar equipment in China, improved the technical level of the industry, and promoted the transformation and upgrading of the industry and structural adjustment. Production efficiency and product quality have reached the international advanced level. Improve China's competitiveness in the international market of the industry.
At the same time of agreeing to pass the acceptance, the acceptance committee recommended to further increase the promotion and application to play a demonstration role.
Bonded Ndfeb Magnets are manufactured by binding rapid-quenching NdFeB powder. The powder is mixed with resin to form a magnet by compression molding with epoxy or infection molding with nylon. With different ratio of additives to NdFeB powder, magnetic properties of hybrid NdFeB magnets can be tuned in a wide range. Once the ratio is fixed, magnetic property fluctuation can still be limited in a narrow bank. Hybrid magnets will meet customerˇŻs specified properties.
Rapidly quenched NdFeB powder used for bonded magnets is multi grain with grain size of sub-micron. Powder is isotropic in magnetic properties, which results in flat increasing of remanence and intrinsic coercivity with applied field. Magnet can only be magnetized to saturation in high fields.
