Building a standard framework system for smart manufacturing needs
Xin Guobin pointed out that intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of "Made in China 2025" and an important measure to implement the strategy of manufacturing a strong country. With the rapid development of information technology and advanced manufacturing technology, the development depth and breadth of intelligent manufacturing equipment in China is increasing. The Construction Guide establishes a reference model for intelligent manufacturing standards system from three dimensions: life cycle, system level, and intelligent function, and proposes a framework for intelligent manufacturing standards. The framework includes basic, security, management, test evaluation, and reliability. 5 types of basic common standards and intelligent equipment, smart factories, intelligent services, industrial software and big data, industrial Internet and other five key technical standards and application standards of different industries including the 10 major application areas of "Made in China 2025" .
In order to facilitate the reference of enterprises, the “Building Guide†classifies existing intelligent manufacturing related standards according to basic commonality, key technologies and key industries, and builds an intelligent manufacturing standard system framework composed of “5+5+10†standards.
