[China Aluminum Industry Network] We know that aluminum alloy building profiles are divided into base materials, anodized profiles, current painting profiles, powder coating profiles, fluorocarbon paint spray profiles, heat insulation profiles, and plastic insulation profiles. In the aluminum profile industry for nearly 20 years, someone will always ask me about how aluminium profiles are produced. What is the relationship between various aluminum profiles? Now I will use a diagram to illustrate the production process of the lower aluminum profiles and the relationship between the profiles.
As can be seen from the figure:
1. The production premise of aluminum profiles is extruded material, and the change of the shape of the circular ingot after extrusion into the profile. For the manufacturer, if the extruded material is produced, it means that the product has already been completed, and the subsequent process is easy. You can tell the customer the specific delivery time.
2. Oxidation profiles and electrophoresis profiles are produced in a workshop. Oxidation profiles are substrates that are oxidized and then sealed; however, electrophoresis profiles are electrophoresed and then cured after the substrate has been oxidized. The inner surface of the electrophoresis profile is an oxide film and the outer layer is an electrophoretic film.
3, oxidation profiles, electrophoresis profiles can do coloring, you can not do coloring.
4. Our company's powder coating and passivation film of fluorocarbon profiles are all chromium-free passivation process, without heavy metal chromium.
5, electrophoresis, powder coating, fluorocarbon paint spraying, three-dimensional wood spray products have to be cured.
6, woodgrain transfer can be electrophoresis, powder coating, fluorocarbon profile surface. More often than not, powder-sprayed woodgrain transfer, and fluorocarbon woodgrain transfer I have not seen samples.
7. The single profile of the heat insulation profile can be treated by oxidation, electrophoresis, spraying, fluorocarbon, wood grain, etc. There are no requirements for the surface treatment of the strip-type thermal insulation profiles, and the production process is the same. The injection-type thermal insulation profile can increase the teeth-cutting process, and the teeth are mainly used for electrophoresis and fluorocarbon profiles.
