Experience 3: Entrepreneurship must find a field that can become "NO.1"
In 2004, I and my partners discussed the need to choose a new field, and the bubble network and profit to do something new.

Because the house in Beijing and the house in Shijiazhuang had no relationship with the house in Shanghai, it opened a sub-station. I looked at it and there were nearly 1,000 people in the country. Later, we thought about it. This thing can't be done because we have only a total of more than 100 people. Let us manage the scale of a thousand people across the country. This is not the case. We are good at it. This is the first to give up.

3) Look at the timing and seize the process of converting the seller's market to the buyer's market
Looking at the third is not a good time, because we are particularly concerned about the timing is not good, because the bubble network missed the opportunity. We found the car to be a particularly good time, why? Because the car market was very similar to the 1999 and 2000 computer markets, it was a seller's market.

So the first change we make must be consumer-oriented, market-oriented, we understand technology, and throw technology aside. This is the first change.
In addition to choosing a good field, there is an important one that is user- and market-oriented. When I started the car home, I basically didn't recruit anyone. When I found a partner and two technologies, I made a website. One person wrote a forum, one wrote a product library, and one wrote a publishing system. It took three months. After the Spring Festival, the foundation of this website was made. At that time, there were a total of four people.
When we start to have a website, we will also talk to friends around us and say that we want to be a car website and give us some suggestions.
