Free floating ball steam trap works:
The free float steam trap has a simple structure and has only one finely ground stainless steel "target=_blank> stainless steel hollow float. It is both a float and a starter, no fragile parts, and has a long service life. Air and low temperature condensate appear in the pipeline, the manual air exhaust valve can quickly eliminate non-condensing gas, the trap begins to enter the working state, the low temperature condensate flows into the trap, the liquid level of the condensate rises, the float rises, and the valve is opened. The temperature is raised quickly, and the automatic air discharge valve is closed before the temperature in the pipeline rises to the saturation temperature; the device enters the normal operating condition, the condensate decreases, the liquid level drops, and the float ball adjusts the valve hole flow with the liquid level; when the condensate stops When entering, the float approaches the valve seat with the flow of the medium and closes the valve. The seat of the free float steam trap is always below the liquid level, forming a water seal and no steam leakage.

Free float ball steam trap installation and use instructions:
1. The float ball trap must be cleaned of the pipeline before installation to remove debris.
2. The trap should be installed horizontally. The pipe before draining should be downhill in the direction of the trap to avoid the phenomenon of steam lock. The direction indicated on the valve body must be consistent with the flow direction of the condensate in the pipeline.
3. When installing this valve, it should be as close as possible to the heating equipment. The diameter of the pipeline should not be less than the nominal diameter of the valve.
4. This valve should be installed at the end of the steam line, the lowest point.
5. In the whole device, each device is equipped with a steam trap, which respectively discharges condensed water to avoid steam resistance and affect the heating effect.
6. If the steam supply is stopped for a long time, the water in the trap body should be discharged from the screw plug hole at the lower end of the valve body.
7. Install the door before and after each trap. It is advisable to use a gate valve to facilitate the maintenance of the trap.
Ordering the correct selection conditions:
